Role Description
The Project Manager Sales Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in the London and Birmingham, United Kingdom. This role oversees sales-driven entertainment and AV projects from planning through delivery, coordinating internal teams, suppliers, and logistics to meet client requirements and timelines.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Managing project schedules and budgets
- Expediting materials and services
- Monitoring inspection and quality checkpoints
- Ensuring smooth logistics for installations and events
- Supporting sales and marketing activities
- Preparing proposals and presentations
- Maintaining client relationships
- Reporting on project performance and pipeline
The Project Manager works closely with operations, technical, and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and in line with company standards.
Qualifications
- Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of equipment, services, and project milestones.
- Inspection and Quality Control skills to verify that deliverables meet technical, safety, and client specifications.
- Logistics Management skills, including resource allocation, transport coordination, and on-site setup.
- Experience in sales or marketing within entertainment, events, or AV industries is beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with clients and suppliers.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant education in business, project management, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
