Project Manager (Agile Scrum) London / WFH

Are you a tech savvy Project Manager with experience of collaborating software development teams?

You could be progressing your career working on cutting edge security / encryption products, within a friendly and informal environment at a successful and expanding software house that provide cyber security products to a range of clients.

About the Role

As a Project Manager you will be instrumental in leading and managing software development projects, from inception through to delivery. Collaborating closely with software developers, architects and QAs you'll ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope and to the highest quality standards. You'll provide team leadership and be responsible for project planning, scoping requirements, managing resources, budgets and customer communications.

There's a range of projects from new product development to client bespoke PoC work; you'll be managing multiple concurrent projects of various time lengths taking a pragmatic approach to processes, with a focus on Agile Scrum but also with some Waterfall dependant on the client.

WFH Policy

You'll be joining an international team, working in a relaxed software house environment (i.e. non-corporate, casual dress, table football), in Central London offices for two days a week with continued flexibility to work from home three days a week.

About You

  • Experience as a Project Manager, working with software development teams across the full development lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of a range of development methodologies - Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
  • Excellent communication, team leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Good technical understanding, able to get involved with tech discussions and push back when appropriate
  • Degree educated in a STEM discipline
  • Hold SC Clearance (or able to achieve it, i.e. 5 years UK based experience)
