Scrum Lead / Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Lead / Project Manager with proven experience in technology, infrastructure, operations, or enterprise transformation environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving agile delivery, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution of complex transformation and remediation programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and business priorities.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure backlog readiness, story refinement, acceptance criteria definition, sprint commitments, and capacity planning.
- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, actions, and blockers, escalating delivery concerns when required.
- Produce and present sprint-level reporting, KPI dashboards, progress updates, and governance materials for senior stakeholders.
- Partner closely with Product Owners, Programme Managers, PMO teams, engineering leads, operations teams, and external vendors to drive delivery outcomes.
- Maintain delivery transparency through effective governance, RAID management, action tracking, and executive reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and coach teams on Agile principles, accountability, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
- Support transformation programmes with strong stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 5–10 years of experience in Agile delivery leadership, Scrum Master, Project Management, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, backlog management, and sprint-based delivery.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams within fast-paced transformation, remediation, or enterprise change programmes.
- Hands-on expertise with Jira, Confluence, Agile dashboards, sprint reporting, burn-down/burn-up charts, flow metrics, and delivery tracking.
- Experience coordinating multiple teams, vendors, Product Owners, engineering leads, and operational stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks, delivery assurance, RAID management, and stakeholder reporting.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to foster continuous improvement and enhance team performance through Agile coaching and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Scrum Master, Agile, or Project Management certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise transformation or infrastructure programmes.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate delivery metrics into actionable insights.
