Responsibilities:
- Agile delivery leadership and Scrum Master experience.
- Sprint planning, backlog refinement, story readiness, acceptance criteria, and dependency tracking.
- Jira board configuration, sprint reporting, burn-down/burn-up tracking, flow metrics, and blocker management.
- Experience coordinating multiple teams, vendors, product owners, engineering leads, and operations teams.
- Strong understanding of governance forums, RAID management, action tracking, and executive reporting.
- Ability to coach teams on agile behaviours, continuous improvement, accountability, and delivery transparency.

Requirements:

- Experience in technology, infrastructure, operations, or enterprise transformation environments (5-10 years).
- Strong understanding of agile delivery, Scrum practices, Kanban principles, backlog management, and sprint-based execution.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced remediation or transformation programme with daily governance and senior stakeholder visibility.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, dashboards, status reporting, and delivery governance.
- Strong communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Run agile ceremonies and ensure teams maintain a clear sprint cadence.
- Facilitate backlog readiness, sprint commitments, capacity planning, and cross-team dependency resolution.
- Track blockers, risks, actions, issues, and decisions, and escalate where delivery impact is identified.
- Produce sprint-level reporting, progress commentary, KPI insights, and delivery summaries for governance forums.
- Partner with Product Owners, Programme Managers, PMO, engineering leads, and vendors to ensure priorities are understood, and delivery outcomes are achieved.
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, lessons learned, and measurable team performance improvements.
