Your role
Bring your curiosity to work as our next Project Manager - Semiconductor Service NPI. You will be part of our Semiconductor Service Engineering team reporting to the Head of Design for Service and NPI - Field Service Programmes. In this role, your mission is to deliver effective project management of Service deliverables within NPI projects, ensuring alignment to equipment roadmaps, accurate tracking of cost and resource utilisation, and clear visibility of business case performance across IOs. The NPI Project Manager ensures that Service readiness is delivered on time, within budget, and with robust data-driven governance. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.
Your responsibilities
- Deliver Project Management of Service NPI Deliverables: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Service deliverables across assigned NPI projects, ensuring milestones are met in line with product development timelines and Service readiness requirements.
- Develop and own the NPI Dashboards for each IO (DP, A&IS, Cryo & Turbo) providing tracking of business case targets, project spend, forecasted resource, committed costs.
- Manage resource tracking across NPI Programs through maintaining the resource forecast tool and ensuring alignment with equipment project roadmaps, GECIA resource allocations and project delivery priorities.
- Align Service Deliverables with Equipment NPI Projects, ensuring clear alignment with equipment project management and NPI teams.
- Maintain IO Cost Control & Financial Governance: Ensure correct allocation, tracking, and reporting of IO codes, supporting financial transparency and enabling comparison to business case expectations.
- Support robust data governance for NPI Tracking: Ensure all project tracking systems are accurate, current, and audit ready to support decision making reporting and forecasting.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks while embedding lessons learned and continuous improvement practices to enhance project delivery, governance, and service readiness outcomes.

Your Skills And Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3+ years project management experience within engineering, product development, or industrial environments
- Proven ability to manage delivery across multiple concurrent projects
- Strong stakeholder management across Product Companies, central teams, and equipment divisions
- Experience in financial tracking, cost control, and dashboard reporting
- Advanced communication and presentation skills with ability to report to governance forums
Beneficial
- Experience with NPI / gated product development processes
- Experience with PowerBI or similar tools for dashboard creation
- Knowledge of vacuum / abatement systems and semiconductor industry
- Experience with IO cost tracking and resource planning frameworks
- Experience in global change management and business process improvement.

Your location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site. We are open to this role being based at either our Global Technology Centre, Burgess Hill, UK or at our sites in Korea.
