The Company
My client operate with a dual capability, acting as both a Principal Contractor and a Specialist Subcontractor, allowing them to manage complex projects from design through to completion.
The Role - Project Manager or Senior Site Manager (Recladding)
6 months+ initial contract, based in Plymouth
You will lead day to day operations on site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Acting as the primary on-site representative for the Principal Contractor, this role focuses on facade installation, building remediation, health and safety compliance, and subcontractor management.

- Lead daily briefings
- Conduct daily H&S walkarounds
- Conduct drawing reviews to ensure design compliance
- Manage quality control
- Update the weekly programme using MS Project
- Identify project variations
- Chair weekly meetings with subcontractors and attend client meetings

Key Requirements:
- Proven facade systems experience (rainscreen, cladding, glazing, or EWI)
- Proficient with JCT Contracts, including standard amendments
- Principal Contractor background, managing multi-disciplinary teams
Pay rate:
£280 - 320 p/d
Working hours:
08:00-17:00
