An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to work as part of a dynamic team, supporting the development of high quality, integrated care across South London.

We are looking for an experienced project manager to join the South London Office of Specialised Services (SLOSS) team to lead a programme and build, manage, and maintain strong and collaborative working relationships with all the key stakeholders.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the continuation and embedding of work to ensure patients have equitable, timely, and local access to comprehensive, high quality, clinically sustainable, and financially viable services, irrespective of where, when, or how, they access services.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clinical leaders and commissioning colleagues across southeast and southwest London.
  • Build professional relationships and collaborate with communities to ensure initiatives are informed by patient perspectives and community needs.
  • Support the Blood Borne Virus (BBV) programme, including delivery of the Emergency Department Opt-Out Testing programme and management of the South London HIV Network.
  • Drive transformation initiatives that improve early diagnosis, reduce health inequalities, strengthen pathways of care, and improve outcomes for people living with HIV, hepatitis B, and hepatitis C.

Requirements:

  • Excellent project management skills and experience working on projects to reduce health inequalities.
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering transformational change initiatives.
  • Significant influencing and persuasion skills to engage with the wide range of teams and stakeholders for the programmes.
