About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Solar PV Project Manager to join our client's team and take responsibility for the successful delivery of solar energy projects from initial development through to construction and installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the delivery of solar PV projects, from design and planning through to construction and installation.
- Coordinate project activities to ensure programmes, budgets, quality standards and deadlines are achieved.
- Lead on project Health & Safety requirements, including the preparation and management of risk assessments, method statements and relevant site documentation.
- Manage and coordinate design engineers, contractors and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project estimating, cost planning, procurement and budget management.
- Provide technical expertise and practical input during the early feasibility and development stages of prospective projects.
- Work closely with clients, Distribution Network Operators (DNOs), suppliers, consultants and other key stakeholders.
- Carry out site assessments and surveys to determine the suitability and requirements of potential solar PV installations.
