Overview

A hands-on project delivery role for someone who wants to build their career running renewable energy projects end to end. You'll work closely with the senior delivery team, taking ownership of your own projects while learning the commercial and client-facing side of the business as you grow.

The Company

An established renewable energy business helping organisations deliver solar, battery storage and low carbon infrastructure projects is looking for a Project Manager to join their delivery team.

The Role

You'll manage renewable energy projects from procurement through to practical completion, solar PV projects for real commercial clients, with exposure to battery storage and EV charging schemes as the business grows. You'll work under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager and Head of Delivery, with scope to take on more client-facing and commercial responsibility as you develop.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
