ARCA is delighted to be partnering with an innovative engineering technology business that is developing next-generation products for highly regulated industries.
The role:
Following continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, our client is seeking a Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of complex engineering, manufacturing and product development programmes.
This is an opportunity to join a highly ambitious organisation that combines cutting-edge engineering with real-world applications across safety-critical sectors. The business has grown significantly over recent years and is now looking for a delivery-focused Project Manager who can help bring structure, momentum and execution excellence to a range of strategic initiatives.
Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a central role in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing project risks and dependencies, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and against business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Lead complex engineering and product development projects from concept through to delivery.
- Develop and maintain robust project plans across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing and operational stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies.
- Provide clear project reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Support decision-making through the presentation of options, impacts and recommendations.
- Manage changes to project scope, priorities and timelines.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of project delivery processes as the organisation continues to scale.
We're looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
- Experience delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Strong project planning and delivery capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing project risks, dependencies and changing priorities.
- The ability to influence and drive outcomes within cross-functional teams.
- A proactive and accountable approach to delivery.

Desirable Experience
We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked within:
- Engineering
- Advanced manufacturing
- Product development
- New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Industrial technology
- Automotive
- Aerospace
- Defence
- Marine
- Medical devices
- Other highly regulated environments
Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP or APM are advantageous but not essential.
What's Important
Our client is looking beyond project administration and reporting. They want someone who genuinely drives delivery, builds alignment across teams, tackles challenges head-on and takes ownership of outcomes.
This role would suit a Project Manager who enjoys operating in fast-paced, engineering-led environments and wants to play a visible role in the development of innovative products and technologies.
