We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our Group Change & Transformation team. Based in Leeds (Kirkstall Forge) with agile working arrangements, this role offers the opportunity to lead strategically important business and technology change initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes across the organisation. You'll play a key role in shaping delivery strategies, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring projects achieve their intended business value.
You'll be part of a transformation-focused team that works across the business to deliver impactful change. Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, you'll help drive successful project delivery while supporting organisational readiness, adoption and long-term benefits realisation.
What's The Role
- Lead medium to large-scale business and technology change projects through the full project lifecycle
- Establish effective governance, assurance and review activities to support successful delivery
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource forecasts and financial forecasts
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests through agreed processes
- Influence stakeholders and facilitate effective decision-making across complex delivery environments
- Lead business readiness, operational transition and benefits realisation activities
- Drive collaboration across business, technical and operational teams to achieve agreed outcomes

What Can You Offer
- Demonstrable experience leading medium to large-scale business and technology change initiatives
- Strong knowledge of project governance, assurance and control frameworks
- Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, schedules and resource plans
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
- Proven ability to manage risks, issues, dependencies and change control processes
- Experience delivering projects using Agile and Waterfall approaches
- PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, or equivalent project management qualification
