Position: Project Manager
Location: Stockport
Job Type: Permanent
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a permanent opportunity based in Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity for an established construction professional to take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from inception through to completion
- Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and project programmes
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Monitor project progress, quality, and costs
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Identify and resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain high standards of health & safety across projects

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry
- Strong track record of successfully delivering construction projects
- Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Strong commercial and programme awareness
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Salary & Benefits
- £70,000–£75,000 per annum
- Company car
- Permanent position
