We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our London West team, delivering a range of social housing planned works programmes across the region.

You'll lead the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of multiple projects, including:

  • Kitchen & Bathroom (K&B) programmes
  • EICR and electrical improvement works
  • Structural repairs and refurbishment projects
  • Planned maintenance frameworks
  • SHF and retrofit programmes

Working closely with clients, site teams, commercial teams and Resident Liaison Officers, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple planned works projects across West London.
  • Lead site teams and subcontractors to achieve programme and quality targets.
  • Build strong client and resident relationships.
  • Monitor project performance, budgets and delivery milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety and quality requirements.
  • Drive excellent customer satisfaction and operational performance.

Experience

  • Experience delivering social housing planned works projects.
  • Background in K&B, EICR, structural repairs, planned maintenance or retrofit programmes.
  • Strong leadership, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and programme management experience.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable

  • SHF / retrofit experience.
  • SMSTS and CSCS Manager Card.
  • Social housing contractor experience.
