Project Manager – Super Prime Residential
Wentworth Estate, Virginia Water
Overview
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a £100m+ turnover main contractor specialising in the delivery of super prime residential projects.
The role will be based on a prestigious £20m new-build property within the exclusive Wentworth Estate, Virginia Water. The project is currently at its early stages, with the site cleared and ready for construction.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take a leading role in the delivery of a completely bespoke, high-value property, working closely with the client, design team, consultants and specialist subcontractors to deliver a truly exceptional finished product.
Responsibilities
As Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the project from pre-construction through to completion.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of the project.
- Planning and managing the project programme, ensuring key milestones and completion dates are achieved.
- Managing and coordinating the site team, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Working closely with the client, architects and design team to ensure the project is delivered to the required standards.
- Managing project budgets, costs and commercial performance in conjunction with the commercial team.
- Monitoring progress against programme and implementing recovery measures where required.
- Coordinating procurement and ensuring materials and specialist subcontractors are appointed in line with the programme.
- Managing quality, ensuring all works are completed to the exceptionally high standards expected within the super prime residential sector.
- Identifying and managing project risks, issues and opportunities.
- Ensuring all health, safety, environmental and quality requirements are maintained.
- Managing variations, design changes and technical issues through to resolution.
- Providing regular project updates and reporting to senior management and the client.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering high-value residential projects.
- Ideally, experience within the super prime, prime residential or high-end residential sector.
- A strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and project delivery.
- Experience managing projects from early stages through to practical completion.
- Strong programme and commercial awareness.
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of £85,000 - £100,000, depending on experience.
