YOUR ROLE
Our Air and Ocean operation based in Hounslow is looking for a Project Manager & Supply Chain Analyst to support business growth by designing and delivering efficient, profitable logistics solutions for new and existing customers.
In this role you will lead supply chain and logistics projects, identify the best technical solutions in line with internal standards and customer requirements, and drive continuous improvement across operations.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting into the Senior Supply Chain Project Manager you will work closely with logistics management teams to identify opportunities to optimise service levels, improve supply chain performance, and reduce costs. You will analyse logistics data, apply modelling and forecasting techniques, and deliver insights to support better decision-making across the business.

Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the growth of CEVA through the design and delivery of efficient, cost-effective logistics solutions for both new and existing customers.
- Developing and improving logistics processes, tools, and reporting systems.
- Writing and updating standard operating procedures for key logistics activities.
- Monitoring industry trends and best practice to enhance operational performance.
- Analysing transport, procurement, and delivery performance data to identify improvements.
- Building and maintaining forecasting and cost modelling tools.
- Reporting key performance metrics such as on-time delivery and order fulfilment rates.
- Supporting implementation of new systems, technologies, and process improvements.
- Contributing to budget performance through cost control and gain-share opportunities.
- Supporting project management of new customer implementations and existing account development.
- Providing analytical and operational support to branches and implementation teams.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and supply chain environments, with a strong background in supply chain analysis, project implementation, and delivery of operational improvements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, with experience in business intelligence, data visualisation, and tools such as Power BI and Tableau to turn data into meaningful insights. You will have a solid understanding of logistics processes, cost control, and financial awareness.
You will have a project management experience with a structured, delivery-focused approach along with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and maintain strong time management.
