Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction, engineering, surveying, or design? Are you looking for an opportunity to lead capital projects that directly contribute to the development of high-quality healthcare environments?

Working within a small, dedicated, and collaborative team, you will have delegated responsibility for the successful delivery of individual capital schemes, from initial feasibility and design through to construction and completion. You will also take ownership of project budgets, ensuring schemes are delivered safely, efficiently, to the required quality standards, and within agreed financial parameters.

You will lead a diverse portfolio of major and minor capital projects across the Trust estate and wider Frimley Health Integrated Care System (ICS). This is a varied role that will see you working closely with clinical and operational teams, Estates and Facilities colleagues, Capital Directors, Estates Managers, and CAD Technicians, alongside external consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
