Project Manager (Site-Based)

Role Description:
Kuttan Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time, site-based role within the UK, requiring travel to project locations as necessary.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning, execution, and successful delivery of construction projects.
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives.
- Monitor project progress against programme, budget, and quality objectives.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, implementing corrective actions where required.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and contractual records.
- Chair progress meetings and provide regular project updates to clients and senior management.
- Manage procurement activities and monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Coordinate logistics and site resources to maintain programme efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Drive projects to successful completion while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the UK construction or infrastructure industry.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, programme management, cost control, and contract administration.
- Experience managing site operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Good understanding of NEC and/or JCT contracts.
- Knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and CDM Regulations 2015.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
- A degree or professional qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline is desirable.
- SMSTS certification (preferred).
- CSCS Black Manager Card (preferred).
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
