Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Business Central
Remote Position

The Opportunity
An established Microsoft-focused technology consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central implementation projects.
This position offers the opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of digital transformation initiatives, working closely with customers, consultants and technical specialists to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the full project life-cycle, from initial planning and discovery through to deployment, user adoption and project closure.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets and resource schedules to ensure successful delivery.
- Build strong working relationships with customers and internal teams, providing clear communication throughout each stage of the project.
- Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and ensure solutions align with operational objectives.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary delivery teams including consultants, developers, integration specialists and testing resources.
- Monitor project risks, issues and dependencies, implementing mitigation plans where required.
- Oversee testing, data migration and deployment activities, ensuring a smooth transition into production.
- Produce regular project updates, governance reports and progress reviews for key stakeholders.
- Manage project scope, change requests and commercial considerations while maintaining delivery quality.
- Support continuous improvement by contributing ideas, lessons learned and enhancements to delivery processes and methodologies.

About You
You'll be an experienced Project Manager with a background delivering Microsoft business application projects in a consultancy or customer-facing environment.
You'll ideally have:
- Demonstrable experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Business Central implementation projects.
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM delivery methodologies and full project lifecycles.
- An understanding of integrations, APIs, data migration and solution configuration within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels of an organisation.
- Experience coordinating technical consultants, developers and third-party suppliers.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Commercial awareness, including experience managing project budgets, forecasts and scope changes.
- Experience using Microsoft collaboration and project delivery tools such as Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps or Power Platform.
- A recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM or PMI would be advantageous.
