Please note, where PRI has an office there is an expectation to work a minimum of 2 days per week
Salary - £60,000 - £63,000 (GBP)

At the PRI, products might include tools, insights, guidance, new solutions and reporting platforms which can be utilised by investment managers, asset owners or service providers to help them meet the PRI Principles and add value to their RI investment and business processes.

Job Description

We’re seeking a proactive Project Manager to join the Technology and Data Project Delivery team on a permanent basis. The role will lead and support technology-enabled projects across the portfolio, while providing business analysis, governance and delivery coordination where required.

Working closely with Product, business teams and technical stakeholders, the Project Manager will deliver priority projects including Salesforce, events replatforming, ESG regulatory work and other emerging initiatives. They will also support the Head of Project Delivery in embedding consistent delivery practices, reporting and governance across the portfolio.

The role combines project management and business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, planning, RAID management, stakeholder coordination, reporting and governance support.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and support priority Business Change programmes, Technology projects, including Salesforce, events re-platforming, ESG regulatory initiatives and other portfolio priorities.
  • Support the Head of Project Delivery in embedding consistent delivery practices, governance, reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain core project controls, including plans, RAID logs, milestones, decisions, actions and status reporting.
  • Carry out Business Analyst activities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog support and change impact assessment.
  • Coordinate delivery across Technology and Data, Product, business teams, vendors and partners, managing dependencies, constraints and priorities.
  • Manage risks, issues and dependencies proactively, escalating where needed and supporting practical mitigations.
  • Support governance and senior reporting through clear updates, Steering Committee packs, minutes, actions and decision tracking.

Person Specification

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience managing multiple technology-enabled projects from discovery through to delivery and closure.
  • Project management certification such as AgilePM, DSDM, PMP, PRINCE2.
  • Strong Business Analyst capability, including requirements elicitation, process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria and business readiness support.
  • Experience delivering or supporting Salesforce, CRM, data, reporting, regulatory or compliance-related projects.
  • Strong project governance and control skills, including plans, RAID logs, requirements documentation, status reporting and senior decision materials.
  • Experience supporting consistent delivery frameworks, standards or ways of working across projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across Technology and Data, Product, business teams and senior governance forums.
  • Strong planning, prioritisation, dependency management and problem-solving skills in complex or ambiguous delivery environments.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain delivery momentum and collaborate constructively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Experience with events platforms, digital replatforming, member-facing services or operational system change.
  • Experience in Agile, hybrid or iterative delivery environments, including backlogs, ceremonies or phased releases.
  • Familiarity with Product ways of working, including roadmaps, prioritisation and discovery.
  • Experience working with vendors, implementation partners or third-party technology suppliers.
  • Scrum Master certification, such as Certified ScrumMaster, Professional Scrum Master or equivalent.
