Project Manager - Technology & Transformation, Healthcare
Up to £550pd (Inside IR35)
Location: London / Hybrid
Duration: 3-6 Months
My client is seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to lead technology and business change initiatives within a complex, regulated environment. This role requires someone who can take ownership of project delivery, manage stakeholders effectively, and drive progress across multiple teams.
Key Requirements
- Experience delivering technology, digital, operational, or transformation projects as a Project Manager.
- Strong planning, governance, RAID management, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and manage cross-functional dependencies.
- Confident managing risks, resolving issues, and maintaining delivery momentum.
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders and providing executive-level updates.
- Familiarity with Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, or similar delivery methodologies.
- Self-sufficient, organised, and comfortable driving outcomes in fast-paced environments.

Desirable Experience
- Experience within healthcare or other highly regulated sectors.
- Exposure to EPR, PAS, or EMR systems, alongside integrations, infrastructure change, or digital transformation programmes.
- Understanding of change management, business readiness, and benefits realisation.
