- The transfer of third-party customers from Rotork factories to the appropriate global selling entities;
- The successful split of selling entities from factories in multiple countries.
This position therefore orchestrates a complex, multi-country change initiative, aligning Country Leaders, Plant Managers, Commercial, Legal, Tax, HR, and Data teams behind a single, structured transfer and entity split approach. This includes ensuring training materials reflect best practices and lessons learned, and are aligned with D365 processes, commercial requirements, and regional operating models.
- Lead the end-to-end readiness process, consolidating functional checklists and presenting status to Steering Committee.
- Drive structured gate reviews and ensure all sections meet Green/Amber/Red criteria before approval.
- Manage interdependencies with the DRIVE Programme and external projects, and escalate risks, issues, and exceptions with clear mitigation plans.
- Monitor, track, and control project delivery and work with key stakeholders to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.
- Provide leadership by building and motivating local and global team members and provide guidance on solution and process to unblock critical tasks.
- Identify and develop trusted adviser relationships with key global, regional, and local stakeholders.
- Ensure that best practices and lessons learned from previous deployments are understood and adopted.
- Work closely with the 3PST Training Coordinator to define, design, and deliver product and process training required for Selling Entities to take over customers from the transferring factories.
- Coordinate factory-specific product training, ensuring Product Managers, Engineering, and Commercial Teams contribute accurate and relevant content that equips SE teams to quote, support, and manage transferred customers confidently from day one.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
