Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

To help us understand how you work, please answer these questions in your own words (around 100–200 words each). We're interested in your personal experiences and thought process rather than polished or AI-generated responses. Honest, specific answers are far more valuable to us than perfect ones.

  • Tell us about a time something didn’t go to plan at work. What happened, how did you respond, and what did you learn?
  • How do you organise your workload when you have several priorities and smaller requests competing for your attention?
  • Tell us about a time you had to manage a difficult or sensitive conversation. How did you approach it and what was the outcome?
  • If you joined webdna next Monday, what would you want to learn about the team, our clients, and how we work during your first week?
  • What do you enjoy most about working with clients and colleagues, and what do you sometimes find challenging?
