Summary
This is a varied role that sits at the intersection of commercial (sales), operations and customer relationship success. You will work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, actions are followed through and opportunities for improvement are identified and implemented.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, commercially aware and naturally enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments. You don’t need years of project management experience, but you must be capable of managing multiple priorities, communicating confidently with stakeholders and driving tasks to completion.

We are a dynamic, entrepreneurial team driven by a mission to become the UK’s leading Food Supplement Manufacturer, both in turnover and service quality. Our success is built on offering expert service and the industry's shortest lead times to new and medium-sized brands with high-value propositions.
Our headquarters and manufacturing facility are located in Bicester, with a second storage warehouse nearby. Since fitting out our state-of-the-art clean rooms and manufacturing facility in 2019, we have continued to invest in our infrastructure to better serve our customers and enhance operational efficiency.
What will you do?
Client Relations and Project Management
- Act as a key point of contact for selected clients and partners.
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments.
- Track project timelines, milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure client requests and actions are followed through promptly.
- Support client meetings and maintain accurate records of actions and decisions.
Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Assist with documenting and improving business processes.
- Support adoption of best practices and project management disciplines.
- Maintain project plans, action logs and status updates.

What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years’ experience in project management, account management, operations or customer service/relations.
- Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, healthcare or supplements.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience improving processes or supporting change initiatives.
- CRM or ERP system experience.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
