Project Manager - £40m RC Frame Residential Scheme - Hackney

An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £40m RC Frame residential development in Hackney.
Reporting to the Construction Director, you will take full responsibility for the project, managing a team of:
- 2 Site Managers
- 2 Assistant Site Managers

The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record delivering large-scale RC Frame residential schemes
- Strong leadership and man-management skills
- Experience working for a leading residential developer or main contractor
- Ability to drive programme whilst maintaining quality and safety standards
- Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management
