Role Description
The Project Manager role is a 6 - 8 week 4 days per week, hybrid position based in Greater London, with a mix of onsite work in Soho and some work-from-home flexibility. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of project, including planning timelines, coordinating resources, and managing budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities include liaising with internal creative and production teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure projects stay on schedule, meet quality standards, and align with the studio’s vision. The role involves tracking project milestones, resolving issues, managing logistics, and supervising inspections or quality checks as necessary. The Project Manager will also carry out research, prepare status reports, maintain project documentation, and continuously optimize processes to support efficient, reliable project execution.

- Strong project management skills, including experience with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Expediter and expediting capabilities to monitor progress, follow up on deliverables, and ensure timely completion of project tasks.
- Inspection experience to oversee quality checks, compliance with specifications, and final project reviews.
- Logistics management skills to organize materials, equipment, and vendor relationships across multiple locations.
- Relevant experience in creative, entertainment, events, or production environments is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple concurrent projects.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setting in Greater London, with flexibility to be onsite for key meetings, site visits, and project milestones.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management, production, arts management, or a related field.
