Job Title: Project Manager
Duration: 3 months renewable
Schedule: 3 days a week in the office
Location: London (Hybrid)
This opportunity will lead a strategic global supply and demand transformation initiative within a major energy environment. The role focuses on discovery, mobilisation and delivery, with responsibility for shaping the future operating model, driving process standardisation, and delivering business value across global stakeholders. This position offers broad exposure to business transformation, project governance and technology-enabled change within Trading & Supply.
Required Education
- Degree qualification or equivalent experience
Required Experience
- Proven experience leading large-scale business transformation initiatives
- Experience defining and implementing global operating models
- Experience delivering enterprise process standardisation and harmonisation programmes
- Strong discovery, assessment, strategy and mobilisation experience
- Track record of developing business cases and investment proposals
- Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and external suppliers
- Experience delivering technology-enabled business transformation programmes
- 10+ years of experience in IT, programme or project management
- Proven experience delivering increasingly complex programmes and transformations

Required Skills
- Strong programme and project management capability, including governance, change control, risk management and reporting
- Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Project governance and delivery assurance
- Scoping, budgeting, planning and tracking
- Risk assessment and management
- Vendor management
- Financial management
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, leadership and resilience skills
- Understanding of cloud, digital platforms, SaaS and data-driven solutions
Required Certifications
- Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent (Required)

- Trading & Supply experience
- Supply & Demand, Trading, Commercial, Planning or Supply Chain domain knowledge
- Experience working with enterprise data platforms such as Databricks, PDX and Azure-based solutions
- Experience leading data-enabled business transformation programmes
- Experience establishing programme governance and organisational change management frameworks
- Experience operating in large global matrix organisations
- Strong storytelling and strategic thinking capability
