The Company
We're partnering with an award-winning independent creative agency working exclusively within the healthcare sector. They collaborate with global pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare brands to deliver strategic creative campaigns that make a genuine impact on health outcomes.
Known for combining strategic thinking with outstanding creative execution, the agency has built a collaborative, people-first culture where everyone has the opportunity to make a real difference.
They're now looking for a strong Junior or Midweight Project Manager to join the team and help deliver a diverse portfolio of creative projects.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys bringing creative projects to life while working with multidisciplinary teams.
You'll oversee projects from initial scoping through to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are managed effectively while maintaining exceptional standards of quality.
Working closely with Client Services, Creative, and Strategy, you'll play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly, identifying opportunities to improve processes, and supporting the commercial success of the agency.

This role is fully remote within the UK, with the team coming together once a month in Bristol for collaboration, planning, and social time.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing multiple creative and integrated projects from brief to delivery.
- Producing project plans, timelines, budgets, and scopes of work.
- Coordinating internal teams and external suppliers.
- Managing studio resource and project scheduling.
- Monitoring project progress and proactively resolving risks.
- Tracking budgets, forecasts, and project profitability.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
- Producing project documentation and status reporting.
- Identifying opportunities to improve agency processes and workflows.
- Building strong relationships across internal teams and clients.
What They're Looking For
- Agency experience in a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager position.
- Background delivering branding, digital, integrated, or marketing projects.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets.
- Confident communicator who thrives in collaborative environments.
- Healthcare agency experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Someone proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable taking ownership of projects.
