SaaS Project Manager

£70,000 + 10% Bonus
Maidenhead (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced SaaS Project Manager to join a global technology and business transformation team, leading end-to-end SaaS implementations across EMEA.

You'll take ownership of SaaS projects from requirements gathering and planning through to configuration, integration, testing, go-live and post-implementation support. Working closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams, SaaS vendors and third-party partners, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with business objectives.

This role is ideal for a project manager with proven experience delivering enterprise SaaS implementations and managing complex technology change.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations from initiation through to go-live and BAU handover.
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, governance and delivery plans.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into clear implementation plans.
  • Manage SaaS vendors, implementation partners and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Coordinate configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, UAT and deployment.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
  • Lead workshops, project meetings, steering committees and stakeholder reviews.
  • Provide clear project reporting to senior leadership.
  • Drive business readiness, training and change management ahead of go-live.
  • Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, status reports and implementation plans.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a SaaS Project Manager, SaaS Implementation Project Manager, IT Project Manager or Technology Project Manager.
  • Strong track record delivering SaaS implementations end-to-end.
  • Experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms and third-party vendors.
  • Strong understanding of requirements, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, UAT and deployment.
  • Experience managing cross-functional business and technical teams.
  • Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Desirable:

  • Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle or Atlassian.
  • Experience working within global or complex enterprise environments.
