At Aluman, we are looking for a Project Manager
At Aluman, we are looking for a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, technically complex projects, primarily within the façades and building envelope sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, to the required quality standards and in line with profitability targets. You will also act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, architects and the various internal teams involved throughout the project lifecycle.
Your role
You will take overall responsibility for your assigned projects, coordinating teams, resources and stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery and a high level of client satisfaction at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Review contracts, drawings and technical documentation, and carry out detailed commercial and cost reviews of projects.
- Develop and monitor the overall project programme, coordinating key milestones across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and installation.
- Coordinate internal teams, Site Managers, installation teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor project performance and costs, identifying potential deviations and implementing corrective actions where required.
- Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates on project performance.
- Prepare and agree monthly valuations with clients and oversee the final commercial and contractual close-out of projects.
- Monitor manufacturing and installation progress, ensuring compliance with quality, programme and health & safety requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, architects, consultants and main contractors, presenting and supporting technical proposals where required.
- Carry out site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues and coordinate project delivery.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between all internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
