About the right team member
As an integral member of our Implementation Team, the Project Manager will drive the software implementation process for our high-impact, global client accounts. You will be responsible for collaborating closely with the region’s Sales and Customer Success teams as well as other global cross-functional teams. Working within a fast-paced and execution-focused team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes, driving operational excellence and enabling our clients’ success.
You will engage directly with a diverse range of stakeholders, from C-suite executives to frontline staff, tailoring your approach to ensure clarity, alignment, and buy-in at every level. Internally, you will work across teams to break down silos, streamline processes, and drive cross-functional collaboration. Externally, you will act as a trusted advisor to Mindbody clients, guiding them through implementation and ensuring a smooth transition that maximizes value. Your ability to influence, communicate, and execute effectively across regions will be key to delivering long-term success for both our customers and the business.
About the role
- Coordinate cross-functional internal resources to ensure the seamless execution of assigned projects, driving alignment between teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks to maintain momentum.
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders to ensure clarity, technical feasibility, and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor progress, manage dependencies, and ensure transparency across teams.
- Effectively manage changes to project scope, timelines, and costs, leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills to balance priorities and mitigate risks.
- Utilize project management tools and techniques to measure performance, providing data-driven insights and reporting on key milestones.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution to maintain project success.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring clear records of decisions, action items, and progress.
- Track and analyze project performance, measuring success against short- and long-term business objectives to continuously improve processes.
- Adapt to evolving priorities and business needs, taking on additional responsibilities as required to support the team’s success.

Skills & experience
- 2-4 years of formal project management experience with a proven track record of successfully driving initiatives from planning to execution.
- Fluency in English is required, proficiency in French and/or Spanish would be highly desirable
- PMP Certification or other relevant certification preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in project management principles and best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging critical thinking to navigate complex challenges, identify risks, and drive innovative solutions.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities, with the capacity to foster trust, maintain composure under pressure, and proactively resolve client concerns with professionalism and ease.
- Proficiency in project management tools including Asana or MS Project or Visio, as well as supporting programs such as PowerPoint, SalesForce and SharePoint, to ensure efficient tracking, reporting, and collaboration across teams.
- Proven ability to drive results and take ownership of business objectives, demonstrating accountability in delivering high-impact outcomes.
- Comfort working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, with the ability to navigate cross-functional collaboration and align multiple stakeholders toward a common goal.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus, with an understanding of iterative workflows and adaptive project execution.
