Job Description

Project Manager Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the execution of (inter)national robotic automation projects from A to Z, following Movu methodology.
  • Deliver complex, customized solutions as an experienced project manager.
  • Organize the project kick-off: clearly communicate objectives, structure, timeline, and approach to all stakeholders.
  • Develop clear and comprehensive project plans: define milestones and monitor task execution through close follow-up.
  • Plan and allocate resources efficiently to ensure optimal performance.
  • Control and monitor strict budget compliance and guarantee accurate invoicing.
  • Ensure high-quality standards for deliverables, including interim validation and final acceptance.
  • Monitor deadlines and anticipate potential changes to avoid delays.
  • Stay vigilant to scope, time, or budget changes, identifying contract variations when necessary.
  • Assess and manage potential risks proactively.
  • Define and track success criteria for project completion.
  • Maintain transparent stakeholder management and effectively manage expectations throughout the project.
  • Organize and lead meetings, ensuring clear and consistent reporting.

  • Strong communication skills combined with a hands-on approach
  • More than a degree, we value personality and mindset
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager, ideally within an intralogistics environment; strong PM experience in sectors such as rail, energy, or aerospace, but not IT can be considered
  • Fluent in English; Dutch, French and/or German is/are a strong plus
  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Prince2, PMBOK) is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20% of the time)
  • Independent and autonomous, able to take ownership and drive results
