Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Project Office and lead a portfolio of customer implementation and change projects across the UK and Ireland.
This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work from home and/or from the office, depending on business and project requirements. Travel to customer sites across the UK and Ireland will also be required when necessary.
You will be responsible for taking projects from sales handover and mobilisation through implementation, go-live, closure and transition into operational support.
This is a customer-facing role requiring strong project governance, stakeholder management, organisation and communication skills, along with the confidence to coordinate technical teams, clinical stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead multiple customer implementation and change projects across the UK and Ireland.
- Create and maintain Statements of Work, project plans, schedules, governance arrangements, milestones and supporting documentation.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions and changes.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party suppliers to deliver agreed outcomes within defined scope, timelines and cost.
- Lead customer project meetings and provide clear, accurate progress reporting.
- Build strong working relationships with customer sponsors, project leads, IT teams, clinical stakeholders and delivery partners.
- Set and manage customer expectations through clear, timely and professional communication.
- Support implementation planning, workflow change, customer readiness, adoption and go-live activities.
- Monitor project effort, budgets, timesheets, resource requirements and forecast demand.
- Identify resource conflicts and delivery risks early and escalate appropriately.
- Ensure changes to scope, cost, timing or resources are clearly understood and agreed.
- Manage project closure, outstanding actions, lessons learned and handover into Service Desk and operational support.
- Contribute to Project Office standards, templates, processes and continuous improvement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
