Project Manager - Business Transformation
18 Month Contract - FTC
Location - Midlands - Flexible across the UK
Robert Walters has partnered with a leading organisation that is undergoing a transformation of its back-office functions. They are seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of this critical project. The role will involve partnering with operating divisions and functional heads as needed to ensure quality outcomes that align with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure structured delivery.
- Define and control project scope, ensuring requirements are clearly documented and agreed upon.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, suppliers, and partners to ensure alignment on objectives.
- Manage change requests through formal processes to safeguard scope, timelines, and quality.
- Deliver "back-office" transformation projects, including the implementation of new or updated systems and processes while representing business stakeholders effectively.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in delivering back-office transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
