Project Manager - US Treasury Clearing

As Project Manager - US Treasury Clearing, you will play a central role in delivering a strategically important regulatory initiative. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve orchestrating complex change initiatives across multiple departments while maintaining clear communication channels with all stakeholders. You will guide your team through each phase of the project lifecycle—ensuring robust planning, effective risk management practices, and seamless execution.

What you bring:

  • Substantial experience from previous roles where you have managed complex regulatory or transformation projects within investment banking or capital markets.
  • Your track record demonstrates your capacity for building consensus among diverse stakeholders while navigating intricate compliance landscapes.
  • Deep familiarity with project management best practices—particularly those involving Agile frameworks—and can leverage tools like JIRA to monitor progress effectively.
  • Interpersonal skills that enable you to foster trust-based relationships across departments; you listen actively to understand needs before translating them into actionable plans.
  • While direct knowledge of US Treasury Repo markets would be beneficial, it is not essential; what matters most is your willingness to learn quickly about new subject matter areas.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
