Project Manager

Location: Mold (Hybrid Working)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join an award-winning software company with a rapidly expanding team, supporting SMEs and mid-sized organisations to transform the way they work through financial software solutions. This is a hands-on Project Manager role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of multiple projects from initial planning and implementation through to successful go-live. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, coordinating internal consultant teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from project initiation and planning through to successful implementation and go-live.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring agreed timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables are effectively controlled.
  • Develop and maintain clear project plans, schedules, resource requirements, work hours, budgets, and project reporting.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building trusted relationships and maintaining clear and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure project workstreams are clearly assigned, dependencies are identified and managed, and technical deliverables are completed to the required standard.
  • Monitor project budgets and commercial parameters to ensure projects remain within agreed financial frameworks.
  • Ensure projects follow agreed internal frameworks, processes, and documentation requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
