Position: Project Manager

Salary: up to £55,000 DOE
About the Opportunity
At Grayce, we partner with FTSE 100 and 250 organisations to deliver high-impact change and transformation programmes. We regularly recruit Project Management professionals at multiple levels to support complex, high-profile client initiatives across a range of sectors.
This opportunity is for experienced Project Managers who want to be considered for upcoming roles as demand arises. Opportunities vary by client, programme and level, but all offer exposure to meaningful change work in fast-paced, senior-stakeholder environments.
Our Project Management roles are hands-on and visible, embedded within major transformation programmes. Depending on the assignment, Project Managers at Grayce may:
- Track progress across multiple workstreams, ensuring milestones, dependencies and delivery commitments are clearly understood
- Own RAID management, identifying and escalating risks and issues with clarity and confidence
- Prepare high-quality executive packs, papers and progress updates, translating delivery detail into clear insight and recommendations
- Brief senior and executive stakeholders, providing clear talk tracks, options and next steps
- Put effective delivery cadence in place, including governance forums, reporting cycles and checkpoints
- Highlight issues early, play back impacts, and support informed decision-making
- Lead on ad-hoc tasks and priority activities, bringing structure in fast-moving environments
- Support the refinement of delivery ways of working, continuously improving approaches, tooling and governance

What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in hearing from candidates who demonstrate:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within complex, fast-paced change or transformation environments
- Experience working with senior and executive-level stakeholders, with confidence presenting, briefing and influencing
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality outputs
- Strong delivery fundamentals, including planning, RAID, governance and progress tracking
- Outstanding communication skills - clear, structured and pragmatic
- A confident but humble approach, with the ability to build trust quickly
- A proactive, ownership-led mindset and the ability to drive work forward independently
- Right to work in the UK for the duration of the programme
