Ready to deliver technology that makes a real-world impact?

At Totalmobile, we're on a mission to improve the work and lives of mobile workers, from frontline responders to critical public services. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering software implementation projects into Police Services, NHS organisations, healthcare providers, or other highly regulated public sector environments.

Please note: We will only consider applicants who can demonstrate relevant experience delivering customer-facing software implementations within these sectors.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of software implementation projects for some of the UK's most critical public service organisations. This role sits within our Public Sector vertical, where we partner with police forces, healthcare providers, local authorities, and blue light organisations to deliver technology that improves frontline operations.

Due to the nature of our customer base and the environments in which our solutions are deployed, we are specifically seeking project managers who have direct experience managing software implementation projects within Police, NHS, healthcare, emergency services, or similarly regulated public sector organisations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
