We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
- Oversee and review all construction disciplines including civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, controls, and commissioning
- Administer all construction contracts, ensuring full compliance including commercial elements
- Manage construction projects, including scope, timeline, and budget for new builds and capital projects
- Interface directly with general contractors during bidding, award, execution, and closeout phases
- Lead negotiations with general contractors and accurately evaluate bids/proposals
- Create construction project scopes and requests for proposals

What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in vendor management
- Experience in a data center or other critical environment
- Experience in data center engineering or operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
