Project Manager – Veeva CRM
Location: Stockley Park, Uxbridge, UK
Working Model: Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite
Contract: Contract
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Veeva CRM, project delivery, and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Veeva CRM environments and experience delivering technology or business transformation projects within a complex, stakeholder-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects involving Veeva CRM, from initiation and planning through implementation and closure.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery objectives.
- Manage project scope, budgets, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with business, technology, vendors, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing clear and regular updates on progress, risks, issues, and key decisions.
- Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, workshops, and status reviews.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across business and technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with Veeva CRM teams to understand requirements, identify impacts, and coordinate delivery activities.
- Manage project risks and issues, ensuring appropriate mitigation and escalation where required.
- Track deliverables and ensure projects remain aligned with agreed scope, quality, timelines, and business objectives.
- Support testing, deployment, transition, and post-implementation activities.
- Maintain project documentation, governance, reporting, and RAID logs.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and stakeholder engagement.

Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex technology or business projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with Veeva CRM.
- Demonstrated project management and delivery experience across the full project lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
- Strong experience in managing project risks, issues, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and stakeholder-driven environment.

Desirable
- Experience within Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical environments.
- Experience working with enterprise CRM transformation or implementation programmes.
- Formal project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile/Scrum would be advantageous.
