Project Manager (Ventilation)
£40,000 - £45,000 + Training + Progression + Potential Hybrid + Early Friday Finish + Christmas Bonus + Time Served Holiday Scheme + Company Car
Location: Gateshead
Are you a Project Manager who is enthusiastic about working within the building services industry and is now looking to join a growing company that offers exclusive training and provides a large variety of benefits?
The company is a specialist in estimating, designing and installing large wind funnelling systems to improve building airflow. Some of their most notable projects have been Centre Parks (Woburn Forest) and BP2 (Canary Wharf). Since launching, the company has become experts in their field, prioritising high standards as well as ensuring employee satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be working on a variety of high-level projects, travelling in between projects sites when required and develop close liaisons with clients to develop high-quality working drawings.

The role would suit a project manager who has previous experience within the construction industry and is looking to step into a position that will train you to become a self-sufficient project manager.
The Role:
- Co-ordinate installation on site to meet clients' programme
- Close liaison with clients to develop high-quality working drawings
- Adhere to all peninsula professional services for health & Safety
- Hybrid working opportunities
The Person:
- Previous Project Management experience
- Construction Background is desirable (not necessary)
- Must possess a Driving License
