Pardgroup, a leading company in integrated services for retail and large-scale distribution, is looking for 2 new Project Managers to join our UK team in London.

Posizione

Reporting to the Head of Projects, the Project Manager will work closely with the production and delivery teams and will carry out the following activities:

  • End-to-end project ownership across assigned client portfolios, including project delivery, account management, and stakeholder coordination;
  • Coordination and supervision of Visual Merchandising, window display, pop-up, rollout, and retail fit-out projects;
  • Management of the entire workflow, from client briefing and planning through to installation and final delivery;
  • Coordination of suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
  • Preparation of project costings, quotations, and support in developing client proposals;
  • Monitoring project progress against deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements, proactively resolving issues where required;
  • Support in evaluating suppliers, materials, and production solutions;
  • Management of multiple projects simultaneously, often at different stages of delivery;
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety requirements, including RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).

Requisiti

You will have:

  • 3-5 years of previous experience in a Project Management role within luxury retail, Visual Merchandising, retail fit-out, or related environments;
  • Proven experience managing window displays, pop-ups, retail activations, retail rollouts, or store fit-out projects;
  • The ability to manage multiple projects, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders simultaneously;
  • Strong organisational, communication, and client management skills;
  • Knowledge of IT software and programmes, including Excel, MS365, and ideally AutoCAD;
  • Commercial awareness with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
  • A collaborative approach with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Experience working in fast-paced retail environments and managing high volumes of projects.

Nice to have:

  • A background in architecture or technical design would be advantageous.
  • Fluency in Italian would be a plus.
