We are recruiting Project Managers
We are recruiting Project Managers to play pivotal roles across our Fuel Cycle Area (FCA) and Infrastructure portfolios, helping to protect delivery momentum, strengthen governance, and drive learning across complex programmes of work.
These roles offer the opportunity to operate at the heart of programme integration, either taking ownership of the Fleetcall process across the FCA programme, or proactively managing resource planning and forecasting to ensure the right capabilities are in place at the right time. Both positions provide high levels of visibility, influence, and responsibility.
What you’ll do
As Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering critical decommissioning projects safely, on time, and within budget, while upholding the highest standards of governance, compliance, and nuclear safety. You’ll manage projects across the full lifecycle, working closely with delivery teams, contractors, and senior programme leadership to ensure effective planning, execution, and control.

- Owning and maintaining robust project baselines, delivery strategies, and governance arrangements
- Proactively identifying, managing, and resolving risks, issues, and dependencies to protect delivery
- Leading performance monitoring across safety, cost, quality, and schedule, implementing timely corrective actions
- Building strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and contractors to ensure safe and efficient execution
- Driving continuous improvement through lessons learned, data analysis, and post-delivery reviews
What you’ll bring
You’re a confident and organised Project Manager who thrives in complex, highly regulated environments. You bring strong leadership, clear communication, and a collaborative approach, with the ability to influence stakeholders and see challenges through to resolution.
You’ll Have
- HND (or equivalent) in Science or Engineering, alongside substantial project delivery experience
- Contract management knowledge and experience managing contractor performance
- Experience in the nuclear sector or another safety-critical, regulated industry
- Strong track record of stakeholder management, along with excellent broad communication skills
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and balance competing priorities
- Post-specific physical capability analysis assessment
