Technical Program Manager

As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll be the orchestrator of complex, cross-functional initiatives that span engineering, product, and design. You’ll ensure that our platform capabilities are delivered on time, at scale, and with uncompromising quality—enabling products to serve millions of customers seamlessly. Your work will directly influence how quickly and effectively our teams can bring new innovations to market.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-team technical programs—such as building next-gen developer platforms, API ecosystems, or cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Partner with engineering leaders to define program scope, success metrics, and technical milestones.
  • Create and maintain program roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business priorities and product strategies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks early, removing blockers to keep teams moving forward.
  • Facilitate cross-team communication, ensuring stakeholders—from engineers to executives—are informed and aligned.
  • Champion agile best practices, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the organization.
  • Leverage tools like Jira and Confluence to track progress and communicate status effectively.

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in program or project management within a technology-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs at scale.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Java, Cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and modern DevOps practices.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—you can translate technical details into clear business impact.
  • Experience working in agile environments and driving adoption of agile principles.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-informed decisions.
