Konker is working with a growing residential design consultancy that is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join its Technical team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong residential housing experience to lead projects for major UK house builders, managing schemes from design coordination through to construction readiness.
You will oversee multiple residential projects, leading the production and coordination of technical drawing packages while managing client relationships and supporting a team of technicians. The role combines technical delivery, team leadership, and project management responsibilities.

- Manage and coordinate residential design projects from concept to approval
- Produce and oversee technical drawing packages and construction information
- Liaise directly with clients, consultants, Building Control, and suppliers
- Review and coordinate specialist subcontractor and supplier information
- Lead and support a technical team across multiple live projects
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and NHBC standards
- Attend client, consultant, and site meetings where required
About You
- Experience within the residential housing sector, ideally working with national house builders
- Strong technical understanding of UK Building Regulations and NHBC requirements
- Experience with traditional masonry and timber frame construction
- Proven AutoCAD and Revit experience
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel
