Job Title
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of high-profile turnkey projects across the food and packaging industry, working with customers, suppliers, OEMs and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that exceed expectations.
What You'll Be Doing
As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading both simple and complex projects from handover to completion, ensuring successful delivery against contractual, financial, technical and customer satisfaction objectives. Projects will primarily be across EMEA, with occasional opportunities to support work in the rest of the world.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing project delivery from concept through to installation and handover.
- Developing and maintaining project schedules, resources and milestones.
- Managing project budgets and ensuring gross margin targets are achieved.
- Leading project reviews, risk management activities and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinating suppliers, subcontractors, OEMs and internal teams.
- Supporting technical solutions and customer proposals.
- Driving quality, safety and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentoring and supporting the development of Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers.

What We're Looking For
- Proven project management experience delivering complex engineering projects.
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
- Confidence managing customer and supplier relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- HNC/HND (or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline.
- Proven project management experience delivering large-value turnkey capital equipment projects within the food industry.
- Experience managing projects to agreed budgets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
- AutoCAD experience.
- Fluent English.
- Full, clean driving licence.

- FMCG industry experience.
- Professional leadership or management qualification.
