The Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager specialising in live music events to lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of our London B2B and B2C productions. You will turn creative concepts into clear, workable plans and take ownership of timelines, budgets, suppliers, logistics, and on-site execution.
Working closely with internal teams, artists and production partners, suppliers, and venues, you will keep every workstream moving and ensure each event is delivered safely, on time, and to Miroir’s standards. This is a hybrid contract role that requires flexibility around event schedules, including evening and weekend work when needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Own event projects from initial planning through delivery and post-event review.
- Build and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and delivery trackers.
- Coordinate venues, suppliers, production partners, and internal stakeholders, with clear responsibilities and deadlines.
- Manage event logistics, including equipment, materials, inventory, transport, access, installation, and breakdown.
- Expedite supplier deliverables and resolve issues that could affect timelines, cost, quality, or guest experience.
- Oversee site inspections, quality checks, and operational readiness, ensuring safety and compliance requirements are met.
- Identify risks early, maintain contingency plans, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Lead on-site coordination, keeping teams aligned throughout setup, live operation, and breakdown.
- Provide concise progress updates, record key decisions, and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Ensure every event reflects Miroir’s creative vision, brand standards, and client expectations.
What we are looking for
- Strong project management experience, with a track record of planning and delivering live events, productions, or similarly complex projects.
- Experience in live music, entertainment, nightlife, festivals, experiential events, or hospitality is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, suppliers, resources, and multiple workstreams at once.
- Practical knowledge of event logistics, site operations, inspections, quality control, and safety requirements.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to build productive relationships across creative, technical, and operational teams.
- A relevant qualification or certification in project management, event management, logistics, or a related field is welcome but not essential.
