This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering projects across the water industry, working with major clients including Thames Water and Southern Water.

Our Water Services team consults, delivers and manages a diverse portfolio of projects, bringing together civil, process and MEICA engineering, network modelling, environmental assessment and nature-based solutions to help address some of the industry's biggest challenges.

We offer genuine flexibility around where and how you work, with opportunities for home working, office working or a combination of both.

The opportunity

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of the successful planning and delivery of projects, ensuring they are delivered to the required scope, cost, programme and quality standards.

You'll work closely with clients, project teams and wider stakeholders, while helping to shape resource strategies and drive successful delivery across our frameworks.

What you'll be doing

  • Plan, execute, monitor and control projects across scope, programme, cost, quality, resources, communications, risk, procurement and stakeholder management.
  • Manage contracts across a variety of framework and standalone arrangements.
  • Understand client requirements and develop strategies that deliver value for all parties.
  • Identify, assess and manage technical and commercial project risks.
  • Create and review proposals and costings for new projects and changes in scope.
  • Develop and implement resource management strategies across multiple projects and programmes.
  • Ensure compliance with quality management systems while driving innovation, efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Coach and mentor colleagues, supporting performance, career development, learning and growth.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and wider stakeholders through clear and effective communication.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering engineering professional services projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
