Project Manager (Windows 11 Migration & Laptop Refresh)
£550 PD | Inside IR35 | 6 Month Contract | Hybrid (London – ideally 3 days onsite) | ASAP Start
Our trusted public sector partner is delivering a large-scale Windows 11 migration and laptop refresh programme and is looking for an experienced Project Manager to take over an in-flight project and drive it through to completion.
You’ll manage the final stages of the rollout, working with technical teams, suppliers and implementation partners delivering Microsoft Intune policies, application packaging and device deployment.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing Windows migration projects, ideally within local government or public sector environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the existing Windows 11 / laptop refresh project.
- Manage delivery timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party suppliers.
- Oversee hardware rollout, Intune policy implementation and application deployment activities.
- Provide project governance, reporting and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Skills & Experiences:
- Proven Project Management experience delivering Windows 10/11 migration projects.
- Experience managing laptop refresh or endpoint transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills.
- Experience working with Microsoft Intune, application packaging and modern endpoint environments.
- Ability to take over and deliver an in-flight project to completion.
- Public sector or local government experience desirable.
