The business provides end-to-end technology services spanning consulting and design through to installation, service and ongoing management. Their capabilities include collaboration technology, video conferencing, system design, video wall solutions, AV installations, service and maintenance contracts and managed services.
Role Description
This is a client-facing Project Manager role responsible for delivering Audio Visual installations as part of a wider technical refresh programme.
You will oversee the upgrade of meeting room technology, ensuring installations are delivered to a common build standard and consistent level of quality across the client environment.
Taking ownership throughout the full project lifecycle, you will be responsible for project scope, schedule, cost, quality and overall client satisfaction from initiation through to successful completion.
Working closely with client stakeholders and internal technical teams, you will coordinate project communications, schedules and technician activities while managing deliverables across engineering, CAD and programming teams.

The role is suited to an experienced Project Manager who is comfortable operating in a technical, client-facing environment and managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams within a structured delivery framework.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage Audio Visual installation projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to completion.
- Take ownership of project scope, schedules, costs, quality and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate the delivery of meeting room technology upgrades to agreed build standards and quality requirements.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, task lists and delivery plans.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities and workloads for installation technicians.
- Manage project deliverables across engineering, CAD and programming teams.
- Act as a key point of contact for client stakeholders throughout project delivery.
- Provide clear project communications and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues and ensure appropriate actions are taken.
- Manage project finances and maintain oversight of costs throughout delivery.
- Ensure projects follow established processes, standards and predefined ways of working.
- Coordinate multiple internal departments and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

- Proven experience working as a Project Manager.
- Experience managing projects throughout the full delivery lifecycle.
- Experience managing project finances, budgets or other financial aspects of project delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience operating within challenging client environments.
- Previous experience working in a client-facing role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage schedules, tasks and multiple project deliverables.
- Process-driven approach with the ability to work effectively within predefined delivery frameworks and ways of working.
- Ability to prioritise and execute tasks effectively within a high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to gain cooperation from a wide range of stakeholders and internal departments.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience or working knowledge of Audio Visual technology and AV installation projects.
- Experience delivering meeting room, collaboration or video conferencing technology projects.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project.
- Experience working alongside technical teams including engineering, CAD, programming and installation teams.
- Technically aware and comfortable working with IT and AV systems.
- Ability to research and understand project-related technical issues, products and solutions.
