Project Manager – Digital Transformation & Infrastructure Delivery
Location: North Birmingham (covering the Midlands and North of England)
Hybrid Working: Home-based with travel across the region and London (once per month)
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + benefits
The Opportunity:
We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established organisation undergoing a significant digital transformation programme. This role will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of projects that combine technology, infrastructure and operational change, ensuring successful delivery against time, cost and quality objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a project manager with a background in construction, transport, utilities, engineering or infrastructure environments who has also been involved in the delivery of digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning and mobilisation through to implementation and handover.
- Manage budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies and project governance.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, third-party suppliers and contractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with agreed objectives.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, supporting improvements to systems, processes and ways of working.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior stakeholders.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven track record delivering complex projects as a Project Manager.
- Ideally PRINCE2 Practitioner qualified (or equivalent project management certification).
- Previous experience within construction, utilities, transport, engineering or infrastructure-based environments.
- Experience delivering at least one digital transformation programme or project.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing external suppliers, contractors and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Location & Travel:
- Ideally based in or around North Birmingham.
- Responsible for projects across Birmingham and the North of England.
- Travel across the region as required.
- Attendance in London approximately once per month.
